DESCRIPTION:Dr. Sivesind is the program manager for the Iowa Pest Resistanc
 e Management Plan (IPRMP). Evan provides day-to-day management to keep the
  many moving parts of the IPRMP in sync as we work towards reaching our ne
 ar and longer term objectives and goals.&nbsp\;He helps the communication 
 and outreach committee and the pilot project teams develop and implement t
 heir respective plans\, and will take the lead in working with all the par
 tnering organizations through the soon to be formed advisory committee.&nb
 sp\;In addition to helping support the many implementation tasks\, Evan wi
 ll be keeping AgState leadership appraised of our progress and assisting t
