Dr. Anderson was raised on an Iowa farm and is passionate about sustainable agriculture. Amber is particularly interested in soils as a critical component of agroecosystems and human interactions with soil. Her primary responsibilities include undergraduate teaching, including the soil judging team, field courses, and a travel course to Costa Rica.
