Carolyn is an M.S. student in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering minoring in Sustainable Agriculture. She is working under Dr. Amy Kaleita as a member of the IFEWS research group. Carolyn’s research focuses on the integration of policy and stakeholders into a simulation model of Iowa agriculture and nitrogen export. The parameterization of policies and their interconnections across the food-energy-water nexus seeks to enhance future model-based decision-making.
