Jessica (Nelson) Stephenson is a graduate research assistant pursuing a doctoral degree in the Graduate Program of Sustainable Agriculture. She is advised by Dr. John Tyndall. As a member of Dr. Tyndall's People, Land Use and Society (PLUS) lab, she is developing a bioeconomic model in Iowa using ACPF and FiNRT to better understand the potential to increase perennial cover by growing biomass crops that are co-digested with animal manure for energy production.
